postpartum

Spirited Wellness will provide non-medical support for your postpartum period in your home. This is done by supporting you and helping you feel better so that you can better care for your child.

Support...

Infant Feeding

There are a few ways to feed your newborn and many reasons for the choices that you make. We are here to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. We have a Licensed Lactation Provider on staff to help you with all of your feeding questions, whether they be about breast or formula feeding. We are not here to judge, but to give you the tools to reach the goals that you have set for your family.

Postpartum Care

Due to all of the changes and challenges of pregnancy, the postpartum period is a time for rest, recovery and adjustment. You have this brand new life to care for, while trying to care for yourself. We are here to help. We offer belly binding, to help support the abdomen and back. We offer pampering for the new parent in the form of a body scrub and massage. We provide a judgement free, listening ear for you to say out loud how you are coping. Services are tailored to the individual and may change depending on circumstance. Do you have a tradition or custom that you would like to incorporate? Let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Loss

Even in the event of a loss, the parent needs to rest, recover and adjust. Postpartum care is available for anyone that was pregnant. The need for care is not determined by how the pregnancy concluded.
